Infrared Sauna with Himalayan Sea Salt
Our infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a sauna at lower temperatures. Spending time in a sauna helps ease sore muscles, promotes detoxification and fat burning, provides pain relief, improves immunity, and can help skin conditions and insomnia.

Warming Himalayan salt in our sauna gives off negative ions that help relieve anxiety, reduce stress, and improve sleep. As you breathe in the ion-infused air, the salt replenishes the body with 84 naturally-occurring minerals found in Himalayan salt but lost from our environment due to pollution and everyday stressful living.

Be sure to request the use of our complementary rain shower if you wish to rinse off after. You may book a private individual session or a private group of up to three people.
